Shipping carrier
We ship UPS only (no USPS/FedEx). Available UPS service levels (Ground/Expedited) and estimated delivery windows will appear at checkout when offered.
Shipping costs (buyer pays shipping)
Buyer pays shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight/dimensions, and the UPS service selected.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time includes picking, packing, and handing the shipment to UPS.
Transit time / delivery estimates
UPS delivery time depends on destination and the service selected. For example, UPS Ground is commonly 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (distance dependent).
Where we ship
We currently ship to: United States only / all 50 states / contiguous U.S. only.
If we don’t ship to your location, checkout will indicate that shipping isn’t available.
Address requirements (no P.O. boxes)
UPS requires a valid street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or returns.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a UPS tracking number by email (or in your account order details, if applicable).
Shipping delays
Carrier delays (weather, peak volume, etc.) can happen. If we cannot ship your order within the time we’ve stated, we will notify you with an updated ship date and options.
Lost, returned, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within [48–72 hours] with photos of the item and packaging.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the reshipment cost.
