Why people do this:
The 6.4L HEMI is choked at the throttle body. Going from the factory unit to a 92mm Hellcat throttle body opens up air delivery, and this adapter is what makes the larger throttle body bolt to your existing intake instead of buying a whole new manifold.
Required, please read before ordering:
The throttle body is NOT included. You need an OEM Hellcat 92mm throttle body, part number 68184386AA, purchased separately.
A larger intake tube is required. The stock 6.4L intake tube will not mate to a 92mm throttle body. Most Charger and Challenger owners swap to the Hellcat intake tube and airbox. Budget for this before you start.
A tune is strongly recommended. Changing throttle body size alters the airflow the ECU expects, and running it untuned can cause driveability issues and leave power on the table.
Fitment check: confirm your intake manifold is the 90mm 6.4L version before ordering. This adapter is sized for that manifold.
