What separates this from the standard model:
iLIVING's conventional 30 inch shutter fan is single speed only, and adding variable speed requires buying a separate controller. This one has 12 speeds and full auto climate control built in, controllable from your phone.

The BLDC motor is the other difference. It moves the same 5,088 CFM on meaningfully less power than an AC motor, which matters on a fan that may run for hours a day through a hot season.

Installation, please read:
This fan is hardwired. It does not come with a plug or a cord. Installation requires an electrician or someone qualified to wire a 120V circuit.

It mounts in a wall opening sized for a 30 inch shutter fan. Measure and frame your opening before ordering.

For the fan to move air, the space needs an intake path. A sealed room with only an exhaust fan will not ventilate properly. Plan an intake vent or an open door on the opposite side.
